{"id":3405,"date":"2017-03-01T12:59:45","date_gmt":"2017-03-01T12:59:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/visu.al\/?p=3405"},"modified":"2018-04-30T15:38:34","modified_gmt":"2018-04-30T14:38:34","slug":"disrupted-customer-contact-2017-sabio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/visualagency.com\/?p=3405","title":{"rendered":"Disrupted Customer Contact 2017- Making Customer Experience Brilliant With Sabio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sabio recently held their one day conference &#8211; Disrupted Customer Contact 2017, in London, on the 23rd February, which was attended by over 250 senior digital, marketing and operational leaders from international organisations.<\/p>\n<p>They gathered , together with Sabio&#8217;s key partners <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avaya.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Avaya<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuance.co.uk\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\">Nuance<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.verint.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Verint,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/semafone.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\">Semafone<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamma.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\">Gamma<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveperson.com\/uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Liveperson<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conversocial.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conversocial<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmgnetworks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\">RMG Networks<\/a>, to discuss the challenge of creating brilliant customer experience in a world where engagement channels are constantly being disrupted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the day , the audience heard from customers and thought leaders from their technology partners, leading industry associations and Sabio specialists. It was also a privilege to hear from TV\/Radio presenter and technology guru Spencer Kelly, who outlined some of the key disruptive technologies that he feels are changing our world, in a truly engaging and entertaining presentation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Working with Sabio, team VISU.AL were approached, as a production partner, to capture and communicate the visual identity and tone of the event.
