Solution
VISU.AL undertook research and social listening to identify and map out the social media landscape of Helvar, its Value Added Resellers ( VAR’s) and its key competitors, analysing over 40 social media accounts, as well as collecting and analysing audience data.
Outcome
A comprehensive report was delivered, detailing how they and their key competitors/ partners were using Social Media to keep brands front of mind for acquisition, retention and conversion activity, including performance, demographic and psychographic data. Tactical and strategic recommendations were also provided for ongoing content, covering topicality, quality, frequency , quantity, community and inspiration.
