Sabio recently held their one day conference – Disrupted Customer Contact 2017, in London, on the 23rd February, which was attended by over 250 senior digital, marketing and operational leaders from international organisations.
They gathered , together with Sabio’s key partners Avaya, Nuance, Verint, Semafone, Gamma, Liveperson, conversocial,RMG Networks, to discuss the challenge of creating brilliant customer experience in a world where engagement channels are constantly being disrupted.
Throughout the day , the audience heard from customers and thought leaders from their technology partners, leading industry associations and Sabio specialists. It was also a privilege to hear from TV/Radio presenter and technology guru Spencer Kelly, who outlined some of the key disruptive technologies that he feels are changing our world, in a truly engaging and entertaining presentation.
Working with Sabio, team VISU.AL were approached, as a production partner, to capture and communicate the visual identity and tone of the event. The Digital content to be created had to reflect the overall narrative with positioning, reusability and presentation structure to be taken into account.

A series of animated logo’s and agenda’s were created to inform and engage the audience, and provide the digital way-finding necessary throughout the day , using the latest in screen and mobile display technologies:
Displays were strategically placed around the event to inform and engage the audience throughout the course of the day.
